How Guests Opt In

Guests at events use a self-service photo booth to take photos.

After taking a photo, the booth asks how they would like to receive their image.

Delivery options include:

If the guest selects Text Message, they are asked to enter their phone number and confirm consent before the message is sent.

The photo booth screen displays the following checkbox:

☐ I agree to receive a one-time SMS message containing a link to my photo from this event.

Guests must check this box before submitting their phone number.

Guests receive one SMS message containing the photo link from the event.

No marketing messages or future messages are sent.

We collect phone numbers only for the purpose of delivering event photos via SMS when a guest chooses text message delivery at the photo booth.

Phone numbers are used only to send the requested photo link and are not used for marketing or shared with third parties.

Guests receive only the message they requested at the time of the event.
